In linea con quanto precedentemente comunicato relativamente al programma di investimento del primo semestre 2021, la Fondazione ENPAM rende noto che le attività di investimento proseguiranno con lo sviluppo delle seguenti linee di attività:

Fondazione ENPAM valuterà i migliori fondi Real Estate offerti dal mercato, aventi come oggetto di investimento i settori: Sanitario, Student e Senior Housing, Residenziale, Progetti di Rigenerazione Urbana, Commerciale, Logistica.
I soggetti interessati sono invitati a far pervenire le proprie proposte entro la data dell’ 11 marzo 2022, secondo le procedure e gli adempimenti indicati qui (Ricerca OICR).
Si evidenzia che la presente procedura di selezione ha carattere permanente e tutte le proposte pervenute, anche dopo il suddetto termine, saranno comunque esaminate nell’ambito dei diversi processi di investimento.
Le eventuali proposte pervenute non saranno in alcun modo vincolanti per la Fondazione, che si riserva, caso per caso, di attivare o meno le proprie procedure di selezione esclusivamente sulla base delle proprie valutazioni discrezionali.
L’invio della relativa documentazione da parte dell’interessato non precostituisce a suo favore alcun diritto né impegno assunto dalla Fondazione ENPAM nei suoi confronti.

ENPAM Foundation will consider the best available Real Estate funds on the market that invest in the following areas: Healthcare, Student and Senior Housing, Residential, Urban Regeneration, Commercial and Logistics.
Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals within 11th March 2022, according to the procedures and requirements indicated here (Ricerca OICR).
This selection procedure will be open ended and the received offers, even after this deadline, will be considered in the future for the type of investments researched.
Any proposals received will not be in any way binding for ENPAM Foundation, which reserves, case by case, to activate or not its selection procedures exclusively on the basis of its own discretionary assessments.
The sending of the relevant documentation by the interested party does not pre-constitute in his favour any right or commitment assumed by the ENPAM Foundation towards him.
